AiOS Australia was founded by two builders with very different strengths.
Michael Mationschek brings 20 years of enterprise software — building platforms for the likes of Citigroup, Deloitte and the global superyacht industry — and now runs an app development house built on the latest AI tools. Shane Williams brings two decades of brand and product building, including the brand behind City Cave, the float-and-wellness business now turning over $60M+ a year across Australia and the US.
Michael builds the engine; Shane builds the brand and the experience around it. Together, they’ve aimed all of that at AiOS — an AI workforce for Australian trade businesses that answers the calls, sends the quotes, and runs the admin, so you can do more of what makes you money (and what makes you happy).
